Big Brothers & Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake

 

The 33rd annual takes place Friday the 13th of February at Bowlerama on Chemong Road with prizes for the team with the most pledges, individuals with the most pledges, individuals with the highest number of pledges, raffle draws and more. St. John Ambulance Babysitting course

 

for boys and girls on Friday January 30 (PD DAY)  8 30 – 330 Call for more information at 745-0331  Spend your PD day getting certified in these lifesaving skills.

The B.E.L. Rotary Club presents

 

the 29th Annual POLAR PLUNGE on Sunday, Feb 1st, 2009 at 2 p.m. sharp at BEL Rotary Park, Ennismore . “Freezin for a Reason” at the Polar Plunge annually draws over 1500 people to hoot and holler at the crazy folks plunging into the frigid waters of Chemong Lake. Their efforts are all for good cause as they raise funds for their favorite charities and support Rotary’s many charitable endeavors in the process.
